- If the Data Subject does not object to the terms of this Privacy Notice, its content shall be deemed agreed and consented to, and such consent may be revoked by the Data Subject at any time.
Notwithstanding any provision of this Privacy Notice, the Data Subject acknowledges that consent will not be required for the processing of Personal Data by the Data Controller or third parties in any of the cases set forth in Article 10 of the LFPDP. We will not share your personal data with third parties, except in cases of legal requirement. The data will be used solely for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice.
